Watercolor

I've always had a sharp memory—except when it came to my own childhood.

Somehow, those early years became out of reach.

I discovered watercolors, hoping the dance of water and pigment would bring me different ways to express my creativity. Then a surprise…

Slowly, memories surfaced—the warmth of my childhood visits to the farm, the way the light touched the flowers, the colors of earth and the sky.

Through watercolor, I found a way to capture my connection to nature, making each brushstroke a tribute to the roots that shaped me.

I never thought I would be able to paint using watercolors, even more to represent flowers, leaves, nature.

This was the aftermath of a 6 weeks class learning how to paint an artichoke. I’m still amazed by this journey.
